Cap and trade is just Obama’s global GDP tax that Blair and Canada went after; it was a mistake and another tax is another mistake with Obama advocating it. Dems just use it to destabilize Canada like Plame going to Montreal as a WMD, nuke, specialist. Forget the liberal leader, he’s destroyed.

Another tax and Obama couldn’t get Blair and Canada’s GDP tax passed, so e have to do this tax.
