Regarding making THOMAS more like OpenCongress.org, cool.. I made a similar recommendation, specifically by highlighting the comments on bill texts as an example, when a PHP group recently was looking to make their website easier to follow overall.. In all the years I’ve been surfing, the way you do the line-by-line on the bill texts is one of the neater feature I think I’ve seen, and it’s such a simple one.. :)
