Dr. Henry Givens, President of Harris Stowe State University (HSSU) of St. Louis, Missouri, has illegally entered into an agreement with Congressman Bennie Thompson (D-MS) aided by Lobbyist, Virtual Murrell, of Pegasus Group, to receive non-competitive money from The Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Dr. Given’s wish list found here: http://www.hssu.edu/deptdocs/21/Budget_Wish_List_3.10.09.pdf

Points out that a ’DIRECT FEDERAL REQUEST" is made for Homeland Security and Emergency Management Repair in the amount of $13,200,000.

Secondly it points out that RENOVATION of the former Vashon Community Center for Jazz on the school’s campus, in the amount of $10,600,000, will house a Development Center for Homeland Security (DHS) aka Center of Excellence (COE). The two are mutually exclusive, yet conflated here and at best is misleading.

These funds, if approved, would go outside of Congressman Bennie Thompson’s Congressional District in Mississippi

    Pls investigate
