  • A new Newsweek poll finds Congress’s approval rating low, but a lot higher than the 14% reported yesterday by a Gallup poll. According to the poll, “Only 25 percent of Americans approve of the job Congress is doing.” More here.

  • “Deputy Attorney General Paul McNulty is just about to start his testimony before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Commercial and Administrative Law. He will, as expected, field a number of pointed questions about his February testimony before the Senate.” more at TPM.
