The Creative Commons (CC) Attribution 3.0 Unported license that the Obama-Biden Transition Team has adopted for its website, Change.gov, allows anyone to share and remix any content on the site, including content submitted by citizens to discussions hosted on the site, as long as they give proper attribution.
