Lock Up Child Rapists Now Act of 2008 - Amends the federal criminal code to impose a mandatory sentence of life imprisonment on any adult individual (age 18 or older) convicted of engaging in sexual intercourse with a child who is under the age of 12 years. See Full Bill Text
