7/15/2009--Introduced.Collinsville Renewable Energy Promotion Act - Directs the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to:
(1) reinstate the licenses for FERC projects numbered 10822 and 10823, effective as of the date of their termination; and
(2) extend the time period during which the licensee must commence project construction to February 23, 2011. Requires FERC to transfer such licenses, without delay or the institution of any proceedings, to the Town of Canton, Connecticut, by 30 days after enactment of this Act.
