To extend the temporary suspension of duty on parts for use in the manufacture of certain high-performance loudspeakers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. EQUIPMENT PARTS FOR USE IN THE MANUFACTURE OF CERTAIN HIGH-PERFORMANCE LOUDSPEAKERS.
(a) In General- Heading 9902.23.28 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (relating to parts for use in the manufacture of certain high-performance loudspeakers) is amended by striking `12/31/2009' and inserting `12/31/2011'.
(b) Effective Date- The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of enactment of this Act.
