Agriculture Access to Justice Act - Amends the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act to:
(1) revise requirements for the award of statutory damages in an action for intentional violation of the Act;
(2) provide for recovery of attorneys fees by a prevailing defendant in certain circumstances; and
(3) set a statute of limitations of two years after a specified request date for any claim.
