Citizen Soldier Protection Act of 2006 - Prohibits any member of the Armed Forces from being required to:
(1) wear as part of the uniform any badge, symbol, headgear, or other visible indicia or insignia of the United Nations (U.N.) or any foreign state; or
(2) serve in any capacity under any officer of the U.N. or a foreign state except as specifically provided by law, and then only during a time of war declared by Congress.
