<br/>5/2/2006--Introduced.<br/>Recreational Marine Preservation Act of 2006 - Prohibits, with specified exceptions, a civil action from being filed against the manufacturer of a recreational vessel or manufacturer of associated equipment for damages for death or personal injury or damage to property arising out of an accident involving the recreational vessel if such accident occurs more than 10 years after: (1) the delivery date of the vessel to the first purchaser or lessee or a person engaged in the business of selling or leasing such vessel; or (2) the completion date for the replacement or addition of such equipment on or to such vessel.
