Federal Youth Coordination Act - Establishes a Federal Youth Development Council to improve administration and coordination of federal programs serving youth.
Designates the Secretary of Health and Human Services as the Chairperson of the Council. Sets forth Council duties with respect to agencies and programs serving youth, especially disadvantaged youth.
Authorizes the Council to provide technical assistance to a state, at its request, to support state-funded councils for coordinating state youth efforts. Terminates the Council after transmittal of its final report. Authorizes appropriations for FY2007 and FY2008.
