Jerusalem Resolution - Requires the U.S. Embassy in Israel to be moved from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem no later than 180 days before recognition by the United States of a Palestinian state.
Prohibits U.S. recognition of a Palestinian state until the international community resolves the status of Jerusalem by recognizing it as the undivided capital of Israel.
Expresses the sense of Congress that Israeli citizens should be allowed, as a fundamental human right, to worship freely and according to their traditions.
