(1) improve women's access to quality health care, including HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment;
(2) prevent violence against women, including the trafficking of women and girls worldwide;
(3) end discrimination and increase the participation of women in government and private sector decisionmaking positions; and
(4) extend full economic opportunities to women.
