Abortion bill
To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit taking minors across State lines in circumvention of laws requiring the involvement of parents in abortion decisions.
A bill to prohibit the transportation of minors who reside in a state that requires parental consent for an abortion to a state that does not, for the sake of having an abortion procedure without parental consent.
