To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to extend the firearm and ammunition prohibitions applicable to convicted felons to those convicted in a foreign court.

Foreign Felon Gun Prohibition Act of 2007 - Amends the federal criminal code to extend prohibitions against the sale, disposition, shipment, possession, transfer, or receipt of a firearm or ammunition by convicted felons to felons convicted in a foreign court.
