Hello,
I have been seeking disability and medicaid for two years, and have been denied twice and awaiting a hearing with my legal representative. If Employees are entitled to such benefits, then with me being medically disabled and unable to work and seeking benefits, why is it that I cannot receive any health coverage during the process of claims that are backed up for two-three years. This system is causing harm to the Social Security (SSDI) claimants awaiting decision. I have multiple chronic illnesses and am in need of medicine and a family doctor, but cannot do so with no insurance coverage, and the local hospitals turn me away for non-emergency chronic illness.I need my claim approved,as I have lost everything and am homeless/indigent,residing with a caring friend for shelter.I worked for 26 years, and payed into this system as a “LEGAL” citizen, and being denied? I have medical evidence to show that I meet all criteria for my benefits.Already contacted TOM ROONEY,no response! Please help
