Animal Fighting Prohibition Enforcement Act of 2007

To amend title 18, United States Code, to strengthen prohibitions against animal fighting, and for other purposes.

OpenCongress Summary:
A bill to increase the penalties to three years (max) in prison for holding animal fights or sponsoring and exhibiting an animal in such a fight. This bill also makes it illegal to sell animals or weapons that are intended for use in an animal fight.
