We do not need an Elder Justice Act that provide agencies that abuse elderly including with Federally-funded contractees (or that increases Federal funding to corrupt Police or US Department of Health and Human Services); funds study of what we for centuries have known is elder abuse; or caps damages to incompetent, irrelevant and immaterial levels. We need a Justice Department that stops criminally neglecting Complaints of racketeering by elder abuse, prosecutes cell operatives who scam elderly and use such scams to target and eliminate “activists” who whistleblow on government corruption, puts in jail State officials who participate in or ignore such racketeering and subversion of democracy, and stops the diversion of police power (by kickbacks from scams of elderly) from fighting real criminals and terrorists. We need a Justice Department who fights this corruption and can create a case precedent that makes illegal State laws that deliberately divert "elder protection" cases to Probate Courts - textbook cases of violations of civil rights - when elder abuse is a criminal matter for criminal Courts, where there exists a remnant of rule of law, rules of process, rules of evidence and due process. What the government does under color of “protection” is documented, and no citizen should be funding it.
Years of GAO investigations have reported rampant Nationwide abuse and murder of elderly in nursing homes with impunity because government officials inflict it and criminally neglect complaints. Family of victims and experts alike have testified of rampant government neglect of elder abuse, and even of Courts that issue phony legal proxies to family-member criminals who incarcerate competent wards in “assisted living” and liquidate their assets. In MA, home of one of the most aggressive of these government rackets, a 6000-victim $7 billion annual industry - a Boston Globe article of Jan 13 2008 finally reported on how "Courts strip elderly of independence” in minutes, in their absence, in a virtual production line. The Courts then “lose” the related Court files to conceal their fraud. Other Globe articles have highlighted how MA Executive Office of Elder Affairs agents personally profit from liquidating the targeted quarry-asset of their victims, real estate. These and other exposes abound. One is of the hideous case of LB, which Presidential candidate Mitt Romney, his successor Governor Deval Patrick and Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton (who voted for the first “Elder Justice Act” either without reading it or covering up the scam) ignore. In the matter of LB, MA Executive Office deliberately culled from its own files and deployed a dozen convicted, documented and confessed criminals to assault her to maximize the terrorization and trauma to her so she would cooperate and “voluntarily” transfer her assets and legal proxies to “the daughter of another judge.” MA culled criminals who had all been on record for years for habitual scamming of elderly by knowing false allegations of “incompetence.” They included murderer Dr. Gerd Christian Teschke, three well-known documented and dangerous family-member criminals, Middlesex County MA Court GAL-pool lawyer Judith Kelley, Judge Beverly Weinger Boorstein, at least three Citizens Bank operatives, at least one realtor, former NH State Senator John McLaughlin, current NH State Senator Dave Gottesman and NH Governors from 2002 to present. Teschke fled the country in September 1998 to avoid a prison sentence shortly after he forced his way into LB’s home for 15 minutes to create color of an “exam” to report her allegedly “mentally ill,” and immediately after another psychiatrist who examined LB identified him as a repeat-offender scammer of elderly by phony “psychiatric evaluations.” Teschke had been on record in MA Executive Office since 1992 for signature false psychiatric exams and on record in MA Attorney General’s office for using it on elderly. MA Board of Registration in Medicine was investigating him at the time and in 2000 secretly revoked his license to practice medicine in the U.S. citing 20 years of illegal and criminal activity, convictions for murder, tax fraud and violations of paroles he was on when he assaulted LB, “practicing medicine deceitfully” and “to deceive,” and destroying his medical files to endanger his “clients.” Yet U.S. Attorney Boston claimed it was unable to find him to extricate him for either his Federal sentence or interrogation about who hired him for these hits of elderly, or information about whom he hit, so it could save them from “abuse and murder in nursing homes with impunity.” I easily located Teschke by Googling him. He practiced in Berlin Germany, his homeland, where he learned the Hitlerian tactics MA uses in its massive lucrative scam of elderly under color of protection to embezzle them of their assets for kickbacks to syndicate operatives; and U.S. Hospitals Beth Israel McLean’s still insist on citing him as an expert.
Elder Abuse is criminal and should fall under U.S. Criminal Code. It can no longer serve as an ear mark. The failure of the US Justice Department to prosecute organized crime elder abuse has caused the repeated GAO assessment that there exists Nationwide abuse and murder of elderly in nursing homes with impunity - no protection for the victims and no prosecution of the abusers. My copy of the Declaration on Independence and the Constitution does not say "all are created equal except elderly." The U.S. Justice Department’s failure to prosecute cases like the MA abuse of LB is a violation of her Federally-protected Fourteenth Amendment rights and a show of immorality and support of genocide. It’s criminal neglect of the complaints of her real legal proxy and its subornation thereby of the syndicate’s perpetual assaults of her legal proxy as if the entire U.S. survival depended on the elimination of those two, suggests that no Elder Justice Act is going to help eliminate elder abuse. The Senate and Congress should be ashamed of themselves for forwarding this dangerous Elder Justice Law scheme yet again, and get off their duffs and investigate why the Justice Department does not prosecute elder abuse and allegedly cannot find a convicted criminal that any dullard can find on Google, extricate him and put him on a witness stand to name who hired him to scam elderly and the names of the elderly he scammed, so it can save them before they are “murdered in nursing homes with impunity.” As soon as Teschke hit LB she whistleblew. MA retaliated by suing LB (sic.) On Feb 10 1999 MA kidnaped and rendered LB under color of a phony “Decree of Guardianship” to a documented confessed ritual elder abuser Laura Sawyer, an army-career wife. Medical records indicate that LB was “astonishingly” competent and in “above-average health for a much younger person,” “like a 20-year-old.” MA agent Sawyer committed LB on Feb 17 2000 to 24/7 isolation and narcotics restraints at the “faith-based” “Messiah Village” a cult organization in Mechanicsburg PA. MV has kept her isolated, conducted continuous medical treatments, mind control and terrorization experiments on her, and tortured her, to silence her as a witness to this Nationally-funded MA racket. Former NH State Senator John McLaughlin, current NH State Senator David Gottesman, dozens of Concord MA and “mutual assists” including Nashua NH Police, and every MA Governor and Attorney General since 1998 and every NH Governor and Attorney General since 2001 has been involved in retaliating against LB’s true legal proxy for Complaints about this scam, stalking and SLAPPing the true proxy, stealing and fencing all the proxy’s assets, emptying her bank accounts, disconnecting her phones, attempting to discontinue her mail delivery, slandering her to her employers to get her fired, and submerging her under a Strategic Litigation Against Public Participation tsunami now reaching an habitual barratry of over 30 SLAPP (likely a record against any “activist”) which include multiple felony police assaults and associated illegal revocations of her right to drive, to eliminate her circulation in society and make her a target for MA Police hits. MA Police operatives have stalked her “all in accordance with Judge Boorstein’s orders” “to get rid of her” “to get hold of those assets.” The severity of the punishment of LB and her real legal proxy is a red flag to how deeply incompetent and/or corrupt this so-called “elder justice law” and the government who concocted it is. Those who support it lack credibility as savvy enough to make a comment, and are part of the problem.

On March 12 2008, shortly after the Federal government received, neglected and then posted this comment here, Federally-funded MA agents murdered LB, who on June 17 1998 recognized and whistleblew on this Federally-funded racket of abuse of elderly under color of protection to embezzle them of their assets.
Shortly after the Federal government received this comment on the prospect of further Federal funding of State racketeering by peonizing elderly under color of protection to embezzle them of their assets for kickbacks to syndicate operatives, and citing the example of the hideous MA attack against the 88 year old whistleblower LB (by suing her to obtain from a lacky and corrupt Probate Court a phony "MA Decree of Guardianship" under which it rendered her to illegal incarceration in isolation in PA and tortured her), LB's legal proxy won a Motion to Reconsider and Void the weapon "Decree" at Article 78, by automatic default, getting around MA Governor Patrick's criminal neglect of her Complaints that his phony “MA Guardian” was abusing LB. Probate Judge Robert Langlois, longtime agent of the racket, delayed his Order to Void to allow time for Patrick’s agents to empty LB’s assets to $0 and on March 12 2008 to murder her to prevent her from testifying on either underlying racket or the MA and Governor Patrick abuse of her. On March 13 2008 the MA syndicate buried her under syndicate Police guard to cover up both racket and injuries. During this intervening period, US Attorney Boston, MA Attorney General Martha Coakley, MA Medical Examiners Office and Governor Patrick all repeatedly refused to acknowledge LB’s real legal proxy’s Complaints and requests for help. They preferred, as now Congress seems intent on doing, to protect a $7 billion annual MA industry of elder abuse. Anyone who thinks teh LB matter is unique should read the testimony of surviving relative Barbara Becker about the murder of her mother-on-law and her experience getting any government agency help - or the numerous US GAO reports that say this neglect is responsible for rampant Nationwide murder of these elderly.
Every citizen of this country which is based on the U.S. Constitution needs to demand a Federal investigation of why Congress, to a man and woman, after years of US GAO reports on this rampant abuse and murder of elderly in “nursing homes” with impunity because of deliberate government neglect of Complaints, is willing to increase Federal funding to this structured racket of abuse under color of protection, to misrepresent they are “hard on crime.” The record shows that Federally-funded State abuse routinely includes felony-false Probate-Judge “Decrees of Guardianship” to known criminals to use as weapons to torture their victims, by terrorization, assault and battery, kidnapping, rendering, incarceration often in isolation including from counsel or legitimate legal proxies, narcotics restraints, mob-style amputation, constant Medicare/aid subsidized military mind-control techniques, all to persuade them to "cooperate," and murder after their assets have been subsumed by kickbacks. This genocide does not occur in their own less expensive homes, but virtually uniquely in Federally-subsidized so-called “nursing homes” under color of unnecessary Probate-Court "Decrees of Guardianship" which confessed criminal judges issue outside their jurisdiction seconds after the State's arrival to sue its victims - mostly "women in their 80s" with the targeted quarry real estate - in Court. A “faith-based” “nursing home” murdered LB.
Rather, “Hard on crime” would be insisting that the Justice Department and each State’s Legislature and Attorney General show they address elder abuse in criminal Court rather than the Probate Court that has for decades been a textbook case of violation of civil rights and subversion of fundamental law (treason), and that the U.S. should have banned after Bleak House. Without further ado.
You are saying, in 1988 an 88 year old woman is kidnapped by the governmental authorities as well as multiple others, confined and tortured 9 years in a nursing home in PA with above named fake guardian, has mob-style amputations there and NINE YEARS later, at the age of 97, is MURDERED!??? Did not die of natural causes? Are there witnesses to this other than yourself, or pictures of amputations as proof?
