Seems like this bill is just lying in wait, why hasn’t this bill been resolved between the House & the Senate?

5-7-08 -Is the raising of FHA loan limits (to a possible $416k? national limit) for REVERASE MORTGAGES in this legislation? It was kicked out of the Stimulus Act and added to several other bills. Congress dragging their feet and will soon go on vacation!
Does anyone know the status of this important legislation for seniors? Times are really tough for those of us on fixed incomes and we need those limits raised in order to obtain as much as possible from a reverse mortgage.
    Help! ANY info most welcome.

This needs to be solved and hopefully we can help the 6,000 seniors living in coops in Laguna Woods Village, CA.
