While I fully support federal recognition of the Muscogee Nation of Florida, it has to be pointed out that not all of the Muscogee tulwv (townships under jurisdiction of a chief) in Florida are covered in this bill. Maybe there is something that I am not understanding but the only thing that I find more distasteful than the exclusion of first nations persons and groups by the government is the exclusion of first nations persons and groups by their fellow tribal members. The bill should be amended to correct this flaw.
