Medicaid Emergency Psychiatric Care Act of 2007
To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to permit States to obtain reimbursement under the Medicaid Program for care or services required under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act that are provided in a nonpublicly owned or operated institution for mental diseases.

This is really important for those who have mental problems. They are placed in the hospital to undergo emergency treatment, and when they are released, there is a huge bill to pay. This of course adds to their stress and back into the hospital they go. I vote YES on this one!
