Apparently, there is a problem with people advertising that they provide abortions when they really do not. Who knew?

I believe this bill is a scam. The deceptions that take place in the Abortion industry are most often reported and attributed to 'Abortion Clinics', many of which are funded with tax-payer dollars and do not offer current scientific and legislative determinations concerning the baby/fetus they are carrying in their womb.
