Does anyone have any idea what happened to it? I thought it had a good chance of getting out of both houses, but it has disappeared into the netherworld of the legislature. Just wondering. Chemist.

I am praying that this bill is passed and I am asking everyone who reads this to agree. My brother, who got mixed up with the wrong crowd, was arrested in 2003 and is serving a 10 year sentence. He has turned his life over to God and his heart desires to do right. His family and society would benefit from this.
