Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(a) Repeal- Section 2007 of the American Servicemembers' Protection Act of 2002 (title II of
(b) Effective Date- The repeal made by subsection (a) applies with respect to--CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(1) funds made available for United States military assistance for fiscal year 2007 that are unobligated and unexpended as of the date of the enactment of this Act; andCommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(2) funds made available for United States military assistance for each subsequent fiscal year.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(a) Fiscal Years 2005 and 2006-CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(1) REPEALS- The following provisions of law are hereby repealed:CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(A) Section 574 of the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2005 (division D of

(2) EFFECTIVE DATE- The repeals made by subparagraphs (A) and (B) of paragraph (1) apply with respect to funds made available under the heading `Economic Support Fund' in title II of division D of
