Private property is seriously threatened when either the executive branch, or the legislature draft special empowerment laws granting not only a broad exercise of power under supposed “acts of War” language, but the notion that personal discretion should superseed fundamental civil rights is ridiculus. Here is where fudge room in interpretation enters in and any governmental subdivision can claim not only they had a mandate to carry out the specific program that violated private property protections under the constitution, but they can conduct the programs IN SECRECT leaving no paper trail for any public disscussion or disclsure. These are not the workings of a democracy!
Level the legal playing field. Give common sense an honored place in the heierarchy of logical thought. Please review existing immunity laws that protect Gov. entities carte blanche much to the dettriment of all of us. Responsibility for you actions should be axiom #1.
