District of Columbia Fair and Equal House Voting Rights Act of 2007
To provide for the treatment of the District of Columbia as a Congressional district for purposes of representation in the House of Representatives, and for other purposes.
A bill which would increase the total membership of the House of Representatives from 435, to 437. Wahington D.C. would be given their first representative, and Utah would gain one representative, bringing their total to four.
