Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
`(C) a widow or surviving divorced wife who was married to the fully insured individual referred to in paragraph (1) for at least 10 years marries,'.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(b) Widower's Insurance Benefits- Section 202(f)(3) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 402(f)(3)) is amended--CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

SEC. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
