Why did you vote no on H.R.3773 RESTORE Act of 2007? This seems like it would not be a republican/democrat issue, but a moral and constitutional issue. So please help me understand.

Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich both voted no on this bill and so there must be a very good reason why. I’m researching further.
