10/17/2007--Introduced.e-Keep the Internet Decent and Safe Act of 2007 or the e-KIDS Act of 2007 - Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to prohibit schools with computers having Internet access from receiving discount access rates for services unless it certifies to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that, as part of its policy of Internet safety for minors, it is educating minors about appropriate online behavior, including interacting with other individuals on social networking websites and in chat rooms and cyberbullying awareness and response.
