I am a female veteran. I served in the Army 1971-1974, Judy Holland interviewed me regarding MST and PTSD. I got my service connected disability ater four years of red tape with the VA. I had to prove 30 years after the fact using "creditable evidence" that I was raped while on active duty! This bill is a dream come true !! Thank you for taking this step!! Sally
