11/15/2007--Introduced.Amends the Small Business Act to authorize the Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA) to deem a small business a qualified HUBZone (heavily underutilized business zone) small business if such small business has certified to the Administrator that:
(1) it is not currently a HUBZone small business;
(2) its principal office is located in a census tract adjacent to a HUBZone;
(3) at least 35% of the employees reside in a HUBZone; and
(4) it meets current SBA requirements applicable to qualified HUBZone small businesses.
