To extend the temporary suspension of duty on 9,10-Anthracenedione, 2-pentyl-.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. 9,10-ANTHRACENEDIONE, 2-PENTYL-.
(a) In General- Heading 9902.24.05 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (relating to 9,10-Anthracenedione, 2-pentyl-) is amended by striking `12/31/2009' and inserting `12/31/2011'.
(b) Effective Date- The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of enactment of this Act.
