Mr. BAIRD introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means
To extend the temporary suspension of duty on certain magnesium peroxide.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. CERTAIN MAGNESIUM PEROXIDE.
(a) In General- Heading 9902.22.87 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (relating to magnesium peroxide, minimum 25 percent purity) is amended by striking `12/31/2009' and inserting `12/31/2011'.
(b) Effective Date- The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of enactment of this Act.
