Mr. BONNER introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means
To suspend temporarily the duty on 3-bromo-1-(3-chloro-2-pyridinyl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid (CAS No. 500011-86-9).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF DUTY.
(a) In General- Heading 9902.01.46 (pertaining to mixtures of indoxocarb) is modified by striking the date in the effective date column and inserting `12/31/11' in lieu thereof.
(b) Effective Date- The amendment made by this section applies with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of enactment of this Act.
