Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to conduct studies on:
(1) the economic and trade impact of exports of food products from cloned animals;
(2) Department of Agriculture programs to monitor products from cloned animals in the food supply;
(3) the health effects and costs attributable to milk from cloned animals in the food supply; and
(4) the safety of food products derived from cloned animals.
