Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
This Act may be cited as the `Human Growth Hormone Restriction Act of 2007'.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(a) In General- Schedule III of section 202(c) of the Controlled Substances Act (
`(f) Growth hormone, recombinant human growth hormone, or human growth hormone.'.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(b) Effective Date- The amendment made by this section shall take effect 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
