Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(a) In General- Heading 9902.11.37 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (relating to 1-Fluoro-2-nitrobenzene) is amended by striking `12/31/2009' and inserting `12/31/2011'.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(b) Effective Date- The amendment made by subsection (a) applies with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the date that is 15 days after the date of enactment of this Act.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
