As someone who works in Public Education as an HVAC instructor I know firsthand the budget strain the cost of Heating and Cooling our schools is currently having on our budgets. Our schools and national infrastructure needs to be converted to a combination of GeoThermal and Solar ASAP and there is no way this can happen w/ local funds raised by property taxes. This bille needs full funding and more immediately.
