Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

SECTION 1. TRIADIMEFON.

(a) In General- Heading 9902.02.33 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended--CommentsClose CommentsPermalink





(1) by striking `Free' and inserting `0.5%'; andCommentsClose CommentsPermalink





(2) by striking `12/31/2006' and inserting `12/31/2011'.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink





(b) Effective Date- The amendment made by subsection (a) applies with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
