Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

SECTION 1. ETHOFUMESATE IN BULK OR MIXTURES.

(a) In General- Heading 9902.05.19 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (relating to ethofumesate in bulk or mixtures) is amended--CommentsClose CommentsPermalink





(1) in the article description, by striking `3808.30.15' and inserting `3808.93.15'; andCommentsClose CommentsPermalink





(2) in the effective period column, by striking `12/31/2009' and inserting `12/31/2011'.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink





(b) Effective Date- The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
