(1) in subparagraph (R), by striking `and';CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(2) in subparagraph (S), by striking the period and inserting a semicolon; andCommentsClose CommentsPermalink
(3) by adding at the end of the following new subparagraph:CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
