    This a bill that needs to be passed there is NOTHING worse that going to the hospital to have your baby & to go home with nothing, My first baby was still born & that was 36 years ago & to this day it breaks my heart to hear of another Mother going through what I did. It about killed me when I lost my little baby boy.
