Clearly, there is evidence that policies can help guide and shape our environment to help those individuals who are the most vulnerable. It is also imortant, to provide such life necessities such as; having health care available as well as having adequate access to it. With the elderly as well as the disabled receiving home health care which can be reimbursed by things such as Medicare and Medicaid, and other insurances it will help to serve this vulnerable population.
With the problems that will be created by the 'Baby Boom' generation can not be solved over night, there are things that can be done now to help alleviate the problems we can forsee in the future. I believe that this bill will help not only the disabled and elderly it like wise creates jobs in areas where a good certified jobs are needed. I hope that this legislation will get scheduled for debate soon. I believe that the needs of this population can be discussed and eventully higher standerds will come into awareness. A wise woman stated that 'half the battle is being able to forsee potential problem that will come up. The other half is tring to figure out how to solve it.' Something needs to happen soon to ensure that our elderly and disabled are headed toward a bright and rewarding future that they so deserve.
