RE: The Original V’ERPA Rejection Notice Of Recent Feres Bill/HR 6093

Dear All “Original-V’ERPA” Members & Supporters:

In the wake of the recent Feres Bill introduced on May 20, 2008, please see our “rejection statement” at the following link:
    http://verpapublishing.us/_wsn/page14.html

As you will see, our arguments are bona fide and genuine in rejecting the May 20, 2008 Bill as it DOES NOT recognize ALL military victims and specifically, the injustices surviving loved ones of Feres doctrine servicemembers continue to suffer.

    Sincerely yours,
    /signed/

Why doesn’t this bill also cover the hundreds of thousands of military DEPENDENTS who are also subjected to the military’s inept medical personell? I say NAY unless families are also afforded this protection.
