6/17/2008--Introduced.
Retiree Health Account Act of 2008 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to:
(1) establish tax-exempt retirement health arrangements and individual health accounts to assist retirees in paying their medical expenses;
(2) make a portion of the tax credit for retirement plan contributions refundable for contributions to retirement health savings accounts; and
(3) direct the Secretary of the Treasury to pay refundable credit amounts to retirement health savings accounts.
