The new programs that hire agneny’s federal employees now has them traveling to other countries than the one they are assigned to, so, I guess it’s fair for the other federal employees to try to get privileges when an agency changes their rules on host and non host country travel, as an employee, for the first time since agency inception.

The real concerns were insurance issues, but, since the staff employees travel outside of host country, its shouldn’t change that much for the other employees. The pay scale and hazard pay should be there for all employees and adjustments should be made for those living below standards for federal employees.

Sure this doesn’t have anything to do with Federal Response groups formed from x foreign service USAID and PC employees re hiring?

Does someone have a relative employed by a federal agency like Shays? This bill doesn’t designate what federal employees.

    Best guess.
