7/30/2008--Introduced.
Amends the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 to provide for reimbursement for costs incurred by the non-federal interest exceeding the non-federal share of the costs of the flood control project in San Antonio, Texas.
Requires:
(1) the Secretary of the Army to accept funds provided by the non-federal interest to carry out project planning, engineering, design, and construction; and
(2) the federal share of planning, engineering, design, and construction carried out with non-federal contributions to be credited against the non-federal share of the project's cost.
