    Absentee voting (and registration) should be made easier so students can vote on issues in their home town. By voting in the college town, students will be able to vote on local tax issues for which they have no fiscal interest nor will they ever have a fiscal interest. Care needs to be taken not to allow college kids to vote twice, once in their home district and once at college. I believe many students believe if one vote is patriotic, voting twice is even more so.
