I have over 26 years in Retail Loss Prevention and have seen the change in ORC. The groups are getting larger and more pose more danger. We need to try and take away this form of fencing and try and level the playing field. It is hard enough to control loss. By not passing this bill we can add additional dollars to every purchase we make and higher taxes we pay.
